针刺头部穴位治疗中风后抑郁症的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture at Head Points on Post-apoplectic Depression

目的观察针刺头部穴位治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月长治市中医研究所附属医院收治的94例中风后抑郁症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为针刺组(n=47)以及对照组(n=47)。对照组采取常规治疗,针刺组在此基础上实施针刺头部穴位治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,针刺组HAMD量表显著低于对照组(t=8.366,P=0.001);针刺组患者Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组(t=4.467,P=0.001)。结论通过针刺头部穴位治疗中风后抑郁症能够获得较好的效果,可改善患者抑郁症状,并改善其生活活动能力。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at head points on post-apoplectic depression.Methods A total of 94 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were divided into acupuncture group(n=47)and control group(n=47)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the acupuncture group was treated with acupoint acupuncture at the head on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the HAMD scale of the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=8.366,P=0.001);the Barthel index score was significantly higher in the acupuncture group than in the control group(t=4.467,P=0.001).Conclusion Acupuncture points on the head can be used to treat post-stroke depression,which can improve the symptoms of depression and improve their living activities.
