摘要
目的分析泌尿系统微生物检验病原菌的结果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2019年1月在南京医科大学附属江苏省人民医院分院江苏盛泽医院治疗的500例泌尿系统感染患者的临床资料,均行泌尿系统微生物检验病原菌,按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行实验室操作,分析病原菌类型与药敏试验结果。结果单一感染的概率明显高于混合感染;病原菌以革兰氏阴性菌中的大肠埃希菌、革兰氏阳性菌中的屎肠球菌、真菌中的白色念珠菌所占比例最高;主要病原菌耐药性中,大肠埃希菌对阿莫西林、舒巴坦耐药性较高;屎肠球菌对舒巴坦、青霉素G、头孢他啶、环丙沙星耐药性较高;白色念珠菌对氟胞嘧啶、卡泊芬净、伊曲康唑耐药性较高。结论泌尿系统微生物检验病原菌分布较广,单一感染概率高,对多种抗生素存在耐药,临床应根据病原菌检测和药敏试验选择敏感抗生素治疗。
objective To analyze the results of urinary system microbial examination of pathogenic bacteria.Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2016 to January 2019 in jiangsu province people's hospital affiliated to nanjing medical university branch of jiangsu history.the hospital treatment the clinical data of 500 patients with urinary tract infection,urinary system in microbiological pathogens,according to the national clinical test procedures for laboratory operations,analyze pathogenic bacteria types and drug susceptibility test results.Results The rate of single infection was significantly higher than that of mixed infection.Among the pathogenic bacteria,Escherichia coli was highly resistant to amoxicillin and sulbactam.Enterococcus faecium was highly resistant to sulbactam,penicillin G,ceftazidime and ciprofloxacin.Candida albicans were highly resistant to Fluorocytosine,Carpofen and itraconazole.Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria of urinary system microbial test are widely distributed,the single infection rate is high,and the resistance to multiple antibiotics exists.
