摘要
目的研究胃肠外科围手术期手术部位感染的高危因素。方法选取2017年1月至2019年4月山东省菏泽市牡丹人民医院分院收治的50例行胃肠外科手术患者作为研究对象,以患者是否出现感染现象作为依据将其分为观察组(25例)和常规组(25例)例,其中常规组为围手术期部位未感染,观察组患者为围手术期手术部位感染,对感染的高危因素进行分析总结。结果观察组患者不恰当备皮、术中低体温、手术时间超过60 min、合并慢性疾病、年龄60岁以上等各项发生率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠外科围手术期手术部位感染的高危因素进行全面的掌握,同时对这些高危因素进行有针对性的预防和治疗,能够有效的促进患者的快速康复。
Objective To study the high-risk factors of perioperative surgical site infection in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients admitted to Branch of Mudan People's Hospital,Heze City for gastrointestinal surgery from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group(25 cases,with perioperative surgical site infection)and normal group(25 cases,without perioperative surgical site infection).The high-risk factors for perioperative surgical site infection were analyzed and summarized.Results The incidence rates of improper skin preparation,intraoperative hypothermia,operation time exceeding 60 min,combined chronic diseases,and age above 60 years were all higher in the observation group than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive understanding of high-risk factors of perioperative surgical site infection in gastrointestinal surgery and targeted prevention and treatment of these high-risk factors can effectively promote the rapid recovery of patients.
