封闭式负压引流术治疗手外伤的效果

Closed Negative Pressure Drainage for 80 Cases of Hand Traumat

目的观察封闭式负压引流术治疗手外伤治疗的效果。方法选择广西桂林市兴安县人民医院2016年2月至2019年2月接诊收治的80例手外伤患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗方式,观察组采用封闭式负压引流术治疗方式,对比两组并发症发生率及治疗效果。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为2.5%,对照组发生率为25.0%,观察组发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率95.0%高于对照组75.0%,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论封闭式负压引流术治疗手外伤治疗能够提升临床疗效,降低并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the application of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment stage of hand trauma.Methods A total of 80 patients with hand trauma from Xing'an County Hospital of Guilin City from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission.The conventional treatment method was used in the control group,and the closed negative pressure drainage was used in the observation group.The incidence and therapeutic effect of complications between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 2.5%and that in the control group was 25.0%.The number of effective patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the overall effective rate in the observation group(95.0%)was higher than that in the control group(75.0%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage for the treatment of hand trauma can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of complications.
