颅脑CT运用于脑出血诊断中的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Craniocerebral CT in the Diagnosis of Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析颅脑CT运用于脑出血诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月吉林省双辽市中医医院接受治疗的脑出血诊断患者80例,所有进行诊断的患者均使用颅脑CT进行检查,统计颅脑CT诊断准确率,以观察不同出血量。结果本次检查定位诊断中,仅有1例患者出现诊断错误,其定位诊断符合率为98.8%;不同出血量患者死亡率观察中,出血量≤10 mL时死亡率为5.00%,出血量10~30 mL时死亡率为30.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅脑CT运用于脑出血诊断中具有极高定位诊断效能,且可对患者出血量进行判断,利于对症治疗的开展。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of brain CT in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from Shuangliao traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jilin Province.All patients were examined with brain CT,and the diagnostic accuracy of brain CT was counted,and the amount of bleeding was observed.Results in this examination,only one patient had a wrong diagnosis,and the coincidence rate was 98.8%.In the observation of mortality of patients with different bleeding volume,the mortality rate was 5.00%when the bleeding volume was less than or equal to 10 ml,and 30.00%when the bleeding volume was 10-30 ml,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of brain CT in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage has a very high efficiency of location diagnosis,and it can judge the amount of bleeding in patients,which is conducive to the development of symptomatic treatment.
