摘要
对基因工程在生物驱油技术、生物恢复和生物燃料等三方面的应用进行了综述.通过基因工程改造,能够提高驱油微生物对开采环境的耐受性以及有益代谢产物的积累增加驱油效率;能够构建高效清除漏油产生的污染物质的重组微生物,实现低成本、环境友好的生物恢复;能够获得生产可再生的清洁生物燃料,例如纤维乙醇,其能促进汽油的充分燃烧,降低二氧化碳等污染物的排放.
Summarized the application of gene engineering on microbial enhanced oil recovery,bioremediation and biofuels.Utilization of gene engineering can increase the efficiency of microbial enhanced oil recovery,construct the recombinant strains for high-efficiency degradation of the spilled petroleum to realize the low-cost and ecofriendly bioremediation,and produce the clean and renewable biofuels which may improve the combustion efficiency of diesel and reduce the contaminants such as carbon dioxide.
