摘要
对高校青年教师师德现状调研与分析后发现,青年教师师德主体良好但仍有不足,突出表现在理论修养仍需加强,对师德行为细节重视不足,教育关怀意识不强以及投入教育改革的事业心不足等。以胡瑗师道观为指导的高校青年教师师德提升路径在于:倡导“体”与“用”的回归,引导青年教师明道、信道、传道;倡导“严”与“宽”的互补,引导青年教师强化规范意识、培育仁爱之心;倡导“真”与“实”的对话,鼓励青年教师志在教育、锐意创新。
Through the investigation and analysis of the mainstream status of young teachers teachers,it is found that the young teachers'morality is good but still needs to be strengthened.And the problems include the need for the improvement of theoretical cultivation,the lack of attention to the details of the teacher's behavior,the lack of awareness of education and the education and an insufficient drive in education reform.The path of improving the young teachers'morality guided by Hu Yuan s teacher morality is as follows:advocating the return of“morality”and“practice”,guiding young teachers to understand,believe and teach morality,advocating the complementarity of“strictness”and“tolerance”,guiding young teachers to strengthen normative awareness and cultivate the heart of benevolence;advocating dialogue between“truth”and“reality”,and encouraging young teachers to focus on education and innovation.
