有机物料腐熟剂对玉米秸秆降解及小麦生长的影响 被引量:12

摘要 选用有机物料腐熟剂(有效活菌数≥2×10^8 cfu/g),设置1.5、3、6 g/m^2三个用量进行玉米秸秆降解试验。结果显示,秸秆还田撒施有机物料腐熟剂对济麦22出苗率及叶片SPAD值无显著影响,可增加小麦叶面积;有机物料腐熟剂可提高秸秆降解率,且与腐熟剂用量呈正相关;处理120 d时不同用量处理秸秆降解率比对照增加5.18%~19.28%,通过8目标准筛的秸秆分布率比对照增加4.72%~5.84%。综上所述,本研究选用的有机物料腐熟剂可安全应用于田间生产,加速玉米秸秆的降解,利于小麦生长。 In the study,the organic material decomposing agent(effective viable counts were≥2×10^8 cfu/g)was used for the experiment of maize straw degradation with three concentrations of 1.5,3 and 6 g/m^2.The results showed that the organic material decomposing agent had no obvious effect on the emergence rate and SPAD value of Jimai 22,but could increase leaf area.The decomposing rate of maize straw increased under the organic material decomposing agent and positively correlated with the decomposing agent concentration.Compared with the control,the decomposing rate and distribution rate of straw through 8-mesh standard sieve in treatment group increased by 5.18%~19.28% and 4.72%~5.84% respectively after treated for 120 days.In conclusion,the organic material decomposing agent could accelerate the degradation of maize straw and help wheat growth,so it could be safely applied in field production.
