摘要
高职院校百万扩招目标,释放出国家推动职教高质量发展的重要信息。扩招面向的潜在生源和传统高职生源有着较大差异,入校后如何进行教学管理也被赋予了新的要求和挑战。由分析三类人员特点出发,从学校教学管理制度改革、个性化订单式培养以及立德树人培养等角度进行了积极改革探索,为新形势下的高职教学管理提供了新的思路及方式。
The goal of expanding college enrollment by one million has released important information for the country to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The potential source of enrollment expansion is quite different from the traditional source of students.How to conduct teaching management in response to this situation has been given new requirements and challenges.From the aspect of the teaching management system,personalized order-oriented training,and the establishment of moral education,this paper provides new ideas and methods for the teaching management of higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
