课程改革背景下当代大学生跨文化交际能力的有效培育

Effective Cultivation of Contemporary College Students’ Intercultural Communication Ability under the Background of Curriculum Reform

随着社会的逐步发展,跨文化交际能力已经成了当前阶段高校人才培育工作的主要内容,关系到学生今后的发展。虽然目前我国各院校已经意识到了跨文化交际能力培育工作的重要意义,并针对不同专业大学生开展了相应的教学工作。但受各方面现实因素的影响,当前我国高校大学生跨文化交际能力培育工作与既定目标仍存在一定差距,在教学过程中显露出了各类问题。为进一步促进我国高校大学生跨文化交际能力培育质量的提升,本文以课程改革的视角出发,通过对跨文化交际能力相关内容的概述,探究了目前阶段我国高校大学生跨文化交际能力现状,并对相应的改革完善策略进行了详细的介绍。

With the gradual development of society,cross-cultural communication ability has become the main content of talent cultivation in colleges and universities at the current stage,which is related to the future development of students.Although the colleges and universities in China have already realized the importance of the cultivation of intercultural communication skills,they have carried out corresponding teaching work for college students of different majors.However,due to the influence of various realities,there is still a certain gap between the current college students’cross-cultural communication ability cultivation and the established goals,and various problems are revealed in the teaching process.In order to further promote the quality of intercultural communication competence of college students in China,this paper explores the current situation of cross-cultural communication competence of college students in China from the perspective of curriculum reform.The reform and improvement strategy was introduced in detail.
