摘要 近年来,我国建筑业发展迅猛,建筑施工安全事故数量逐年上升。为了消除建筑项目施工过程中的安全隐患,从源头预防安全事故,本文根据影响建筑项目施工安全生产主要因素,建立了建筑项目施工安全评价指标体系,引入了置信度参数对项目建设方、施工方、监理方的安全检查评分进行修正,运用层次分析法和Matlab软件确定了评价指标的权重,构建了建筑项目施工安全模糊综合评价模型。根据隶属度最大原则,对建筑项目的施工安全状况进行评价。该模型能够较好地反映建筑项目的施工安全状况,有利于提高安全监管部门的监管效率,预防和减少施工安全事故的发生。 In recent years, construction industry has developed rapidly in China, and the number of construction accidents increase year by year. In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards in the construction process of construction projects and prevent safety accidents from the source, a safety appraisal index system of construction project was constructed based on the main factors which affect the safety of the construction project. The parameter of confidence level was introduced to correct the safety inspection score of the owner, construction enterprise and supervision unit. Weight of safety appraisal index was determined by the method of analytic hierarchy process and Matlab software, and a safety appraisal model of construction project was built by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. According to maximum membership degree principle, the construction safety of the construction project was evaluated. The research results can reflect the safety situation of the construction project, and be helpful to improve the supervision efficiency of government department, reduce and prevent the safety accidents of construction project.
