摘要
用自制的拍摄仪器与软件相结合,对不同产地益智种子的细微特征进行观察、拍摄,采用微性状鉴别法对不同产地益智种子及品质进行鉴别,以确定益智种子挥发油提取的最优方法。结果表明,益智种子近圆饼型,种脊沟状;种脐黄棕色,圆形;具有假种皮,假种皮上可见条纹;种子表面有点状凸起和细皱纹。广东阳江和广西梧州的种子颜色为红棕色,并且有明显的点状凸起,而广东云浮和海南琼中表面颜色为棕褐色并没有很明显的点状凸起。正交实验的最佳提取工艺为15倍量水,浸泡4 h,提取5 h。
With the combination of self-made filming equipment and software,we observed and photographed the micro-characteristics of Alpinia oxyphylla seeds from different producing areas,and identified the origin and the quality of A. oxyphylla seeds by micro-characteristics identification method to further determine the best method of extracting volatile oil from A. oxyphylla seeds.The results showed that the seeds had the following characteristics of suborbicular shape,sulciform raphe,yellowish brown round umbilicus and the seeds possessed aril with visible stripes.And the seeds surface was dotted with bumps and fine wrinkles.The seeds of Yangjiang in Guangdong and Wuzhou in Guanxi were reddish brown in color and had obvious dot bumps,while the seeds of Yunfu in Guangdong and Qiongzhong in Hainan were brown with no obvious dot bumps.The optimum extraction process based on orthogonal experiment was 15 folds water,soaking for 4 hours and extracting for 5 hours.
