不同年龄芦苇繁殖特征研究

Study on Propagative Characteristics of Phragmites Australis at Different Ages

草海国家级自然保护区位于贵州省西部,以保护黑颈鹤等珍稀水禽及其栖息地为主要目的。芦苇是草海湿地近几年来快速生长和扩散植物。为了解草海湿地芦苇种子在生长过程中的繁殖情况,以根状茎年龄对芦苇种子进行划分,并设计15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃4个温度梯度,探究芦苇种子繁殖的动态变化。结果表明:草海芦苇种子发芽率低,在30℃下发芽率达到最高(0~1年龄组为43.3%,2~3年龄组为26.2%,>3年龄组为24.5%),0~1年龄组芦苇种子发芽率和发芽势在相同温度下高于2~3年龄组和>3年龄组的芦苇,在30℃下与2~3年龄组和>3年龄组存在显著性差异(p<0.05);各年龄组之间千粒重无显著性差异,地茎也没有显著性的变化,但随着年龄组的增加,芦苇高度和生物量皆会增大。

Caohai National Nature Reserve,located in the west of Guizhou Province,aims to protect rare waterfowl such as black-necked cranes and their habitats.Reed is a fast growing and diffusing plant in Caohai wetland in recent years.In order to investigate the reproduction of reed seeds in the growth process of Caohai wetland,reed seeds were divided by rhizome age,and four temperature gradients of 15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃ and 30 ℃ were designed to explore the dynamic changes of reed seed reproduction.The results showed that the germination rate of Caohai reed seeds was low.The germination rate reached the highest under 30 ℃ zero-and one-year-old group was 43.3%,two-and three-year old group was 26.2%,more than three-year old group was 24.5%.Simultaneously,the germination rate and germination potential in zero-and one-year-old reed seed were higher than these of the two-and three-year old and the more than three-year old group at the same temperature, and there was significant difference(p<0.05) between the two-and three-year old one and the more than three-year old one.To sum up,there was no significant difference in thousand seed weight among different age groups,and there was no significant change in ground stem,but both reed height and biomass increased with the increase of age.
