论西医诊疗活动中人的去场化与医生道德感弱化

On patient’s non-presence and doctor’s morality weakening in diagnosis and treatment of western medicine

诊疗技术的本质是为了实现人的幸福。西医诊疗技术在诊疗活动中将患者的身体分解,人的整体性被遮蔽;又将患者数字/图像符号化,人的本质被数字/图像符号遮蔽,造成了人的去场性存在。西医诊疗活动中人的去场化使医患关系嬗变为符号化的遭遇关系,从而使医生道德感弱化。

The nature of medicine diagnosis and treatment technics is to realize the happiness of humanity. Western medicine often treats an affected part apart from a patient’s whole body, which covers a body’s integrity;it often embodies a disease in a series of numbers or graphics, which covers a human’s nature and results in the patients’ non-presence. In western medical diagnosis and treatment, a patient’s non-presence might transform the relationship between patients and doctors into symbolic encounter relationship, which would weaken a doctor’s morality.
