甘味药从脾论治糖尿病探讨

糖尿病的发病率持续上升,已成为全世界发病率和死亡率最高的疾病之一。从中医经典出发,结合历代医家观点及近现代降糖中药药理机制研究,探讨甘味药治疗糖尿病的可行性,认为甘味药治疗糖尿病有独特优势--标本兼治,指出西医在糖尿病治疗思路上的局限性,为临床使用甘味药治疗糖尿病提供理论参考,对降糖新药的研发具有一定的借鉴意义。

The incidence of diabetes continues to increase and has become one of the highest morbidity and mortality diseases in the world. Based on traditional Chinese medicine classics, combining the viewpoints of doctors of all dynasties and the researches of pharmacological mechanism of Chinese medicine for lowering blood sugar in modern times, this paper discussed the feasibility of treating diabetes with Ganwei Chinese medicines, and held that Ganwei Chinese medicines have the unique advantages in the treatment of both symptoms and root causes of diabetes. Meanwhile, it pointed out the limitations of western medicine for diabetes treatment. We hope this article could provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of Ganwei Chinese medicines for diabetes treatment and offer significant reference for the development of new drugs for blood sugar reduction.
