摘要
中医理论并非源自哲学,而是长期临床实践的产物。中医的整体观特色是和西医不断对比才凸显出来的。中医的元整体观注重整体之气的运动变化,西医的合整体观注重部分之间的组合。未来我们应该注意从"气"学说--营气、卫气及邪气两两之间矛盾运动的角度,探究《黄帝内经》整体调控的合理内核,促进中西医之间的融合和交流。
Traditional Chinese medicine is derived from long-term clinical practice rather than philosophy. The holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine is highlighted by the contrast with western medicine. Chinese medicine focuses on the overall qi movement;on the contrary, western medicine pays attention to the combination of parts. In the future, we should pay more attention to the "qi" theory-mutual movements between nutritive qi, defensive qi and pathogenic qi to explore the rational kernel of the overall regulation of Huangdi Neijing and promote the integration and communication between Chinese and western medicine.
