摘要 介绍用Agilent 7890气相色谱氢火焰型检测器(FID)分析氧中甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳气体标准物质的实验原理、方法和条件。建立氧中甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳气相色谱分析方法和条件,考察了该气相色谱分析方法的重复性,文中还给出该气体标准物质长期稳定性,随压力的稳定性变化的性能评价及量值不确定度评估。 In this paper,it is introduced that the analysis principles,experiment condition and methods of the methane,carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide in oxygen reference materials by Agilent 7890A GC flame ionization detector(FID).The analytic methods and experimental conditions have been founded to analyze the methane,carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide in oxygen reference materials.Through the optimization experiment of the methane,carbon dioxide,carbon monoxide in oxygen reference materials,the precision and linearity of this method were determined.The uncertainty and performance evaluation of the stability and stability with pressure changes has also been evaluated.
