摘要
2000年以后,日本企业的人事制度由职能资格等级制度逐渐转变成任务等级制度。新的制度既能适应短期的市场竞争,又具有企业内教育的功能。以知识创造理论为基础,对任务等级制度和职能资格等级制度进行比较分析可以发现,新的制度以市场需求为原点,对员工的职务和职责进行明确的规定,但是对处于职业能力培养阶段的非管理层员工,仍然保留了职能资格等级制度时期的以培养职业能力为目的的工作管理。
After 2000,the personnel system of Japanese enterprises has gradually changed from Functional qualification hierarchy to Yakuwari Hierarchy System.The new system can not only adapt to short-term market competition,but also have the function of enterprise education.Based on the knowledge creation theory,a comparative analysis of the task level system and Functional qualification hierarchy can be found that the new system takes market demand as the origin and clearly defines the duties and responsibilities of employees.Non-management employees still retain job management for the purpose of cultivating professional competence during the period of the functional qualification hierarchy.
