扶正解毒汤与调强放疗对宫颈癌患者KISS-1及Ezrin蛋白表达的影响

Effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Tang and Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy on the Expressions of KISS-1 and Ezrin Proteins in the Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨扶正解毒汤与调强放疗对宫颈癌患者肿瘤转移抑制基因(KISS-1)及埃兹(Ezrin)蛋白表达的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组仅用调强放疗治疗,观察组在此基础上给予扶正解毒汤治疗。对2组患者的临床疗效、KISS-1及Ezrin蛋白表达情况、不良反应情况等进行分析与对比。结果客观缓解率观察组为92.5%对照组为75.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组KISS-1蛋白表达明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ezrin蛋白表达显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为42.5%,对照组为85.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正解毒汤与调强放疗能使宫颈癌患者的KISS-1蛋白表达增加,而使Ezrin蛋白表达降低,且临床疗效较好,不良反应较少。

Objective:To discuss the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Tang joined with intensity modulated radiation therapy on the expressions of Ezrin and KISS-1 in the patients suffering cervical cancer.Methods:Eighty patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,the control group(40 cases) accepted intensity modulated radiation therapy,while the observation group(40 cases) took Fuzheng Jiedu Tang on the foundation of intensity modulated radiation therapy.To analyze and compare curative effects,the expressions of Ezrin and KISS-1,the incidences of adverse reaction between both groups.Results:Objective remission rate of the observation group was 92.5%,higher than 75.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of KISS-1 protein of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The expression of Ezrin protein of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);adverse reaction incidence of the observation group was 42.5%,lower than 85.0% of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jiedu Tang joined with intensity modulated radiation therapy could increase the expressions of KISS-1,reduce the expressions of Ezrin,and it possesses better clinical effects with minor adverse reaction.
