麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎34例

Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Tang in the Treatment for Children with Acute Glomerular Nephritis: A Report of 34 Cases

目的:观察常规西医治疗的同时应用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗小儿急性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效及对肾功能指标和血清炎性物质水平的影响。方法将68例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组,每组34例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上给予麻黄连翘赤小豆汤,1剂/d煎早晚分服。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后肾功能指标和血清炎性因子的变化。结果:总有效率观察组为91.18%,对照组为64.71%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。24小时尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)含量等肾功能指标和血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GMCSF)水平治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗的同时,应用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗急性肾小球肾炎可有效改善患儿肾功能,减轻体内炎性反应,改善局部病理生理状态。

Objective:To observe curative effects of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Tang in the treatment for children with acute glomerular nephritis based on conventional Western medicine and its influence on the indexes of renal function and the levels of plasma inflammatory factors.Methods:All 68 children were randomized into the observation group and the control group,34 cases each group.The control group were treated by conventional Western medicine,and the observation group took Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Tang based on conventional Western medicine,one dose each day,water decocted and taking in the morning and evening.To compare clinical effects,the indexes of renal function and the levels of plasma inflammatory factors between both groups before and after treating.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%,higher than 64.71% of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).The difference could be found in the indexes of renal function including 24-hour urinary protein quantification,the contents of BUN,Scr and others,and the levels of inflammatory factors including TNF-α,VEGF and GM-CSF within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P <0.05).Conclusion:On the foundation of conventional Western medicine,the application of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Tang could effectively improve renal function of the children,relieve inflammatory reaction,alleviate local pathological and physiological state in human body,and it is helpful to the recovery of renal function.
