益肾汤联合肾衰宁胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭50例

Kidney-nourishing Decoction Joined with Yishuaining Capsules in the Treatment for 50 Cases of Chronic Renal Failure

目的:观察益肾汤联合肾衰宁胶囊治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性研究,将95例患者按治疗方法不同分为对照组45例、观察组50例。对照组给予肾衰宁胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上给予益肾汤治疗2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应,以及治疗前后的肾功能指标和营养状况的变化情况。结果总有效率观察组为88.00%对照组为71.11%2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐浓度(Scr)和内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)治疗前后2组组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(HGB)和红细胞总数(RBC)对照组治疗前后组内比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组用药期间均未发现明显的不良反应及毒副作用。结论:益肾汤联合肾衰宁胶囊对早中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床疗效较好,可改善患者肾功能和营养状况,且安全性好。

Objective:To survey clinical effects of kidney-nourishing decoction combined with Shenshuaining capsules in the treatment for early and moderate chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:Using retrospective study,95 patients were separated into 45 cases of the control group and 50 cases of the observation group according to different therapeutic methods.The control group were treated by Shenshuaining capsules,and the observation group took kidney-nourishing decoction based on Shenshuaining capsules,both groups were treated for three months consecutively.To compare clinical effects,adverse reaction,renal function indexes and nutritional states before and after treating in both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%,higher than 71.11%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05).The difference presented statistical meaning in BUN,Scr and Ccr within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in TP,ALB,HGB and RBC within the control group before and after treating(P>0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning within the observation group before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P <0.05).No obvious adverse reaction,toxic and side effects happened during the medication period in both groups.Conclusion:Kidney-nourishing decoction combined with Shenshuaining capsules could obtain notable effects in the treatment for early and moderate CRF,it could improve renal function and nutritional state with good safety.
