健步虎潜丸联合氨基酸钙治疗老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症30例

Jianbu Huqian Pills Combined with Calcium Amino Acid in the Treatment for 30 Elderly Patients with Endocrine Dyscrasia Osteoporosis

目的:观察健步虎潜丸联合氨基酸钙治疗老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组术后口服西药氨基酸钙,1片/次,1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用健步虎潜丸,6粒/次,温开水送服。2组均于服药6个月后观察总有效率和治疗前后股骨干、大转子和胫腓骨骨密度的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为86.67%对照组为46.67%,总有效率2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。股骨干、大转子和胫腓骨的骨密度治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用健步虎潜丸联合氨基酸钙的中西医结合疗法治疗老年内分泌失调性骨质疏松症效果显著。

Objective:To explore curative effects of Jianbu Huqian pills joined with calcium amino acid in the treatment for the elderly with endocrine dyscrasia osteoporosis.Methods:Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,30 cases each group.The control group accepted oral administration of Western medicine calcium amino acid after the surgery,once each day,one pill each time.The observation group took Jianbu Huqian pills based on calcium amino acid,six pills each time,taking with warm water.To observe total effective rate,bone densities of femoral shaft,trochiter and tibiofibula before and after treating when both groups were administered for six months.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,higher than46.67% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference could be found in bone densities of femur,trochiter and tibiofibula before and after treating within two groups(P<0.05);and the difference was statistically significant between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative medicine therapy of combining Jianbu Huqian pills with calcium amino acid could obtain notable effects.
