方言视频联合回馈教学在老年全髋关节置换术后康复中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨方言视频联合回馈教学在老年全髋关节置换患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法将80例因股骨颈骨折行初次单侧全髋关节置换术的老年患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组进行常规术后健康宣教,责任护士在对患者进行术前宣教时通过口头宣教及发放健康教育指导手册,指导患者及家属术后功能锻炼方法。观察组采用方言视频联合回馈教学进行健康宣教。结果观察组功能锻炼依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组,术后1周末、术后1个月末、术后3个月末Harris髋关节功能评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论方言视频联合回馈教学可提高老年全髋关节置换患者术后功能锻炼依从性,促进患者术后髋关节功能的恢复,提高患者满意度。 Objective To explore the effects of dialect video education combined with teach-back method in the rehabilitation of elderly patients after total hip arthroplasty.Methods Eighty cases of elderly patients who underwent primary unilateral total hip replacement due to femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.Routine postoperative health education was implemented for the two groups,and additional dialect video education combined with teach-back method for the experimental group.Results The compliance of functional exercise,the satisfaction with nursing care and postoperative Harris hip score of the experimental group were better and higher than those of the control group 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dialect video education and teach-back method could promote patients’compliance of functional exercise after total hip arthroplasty,thereby improve the function of the hip joint and patient satisfaction.
