铁道兵精神的思想政治教育功能研究

Study on the ideological and political education function of the railway corps’ spirit

铁道兵精神是中国人民解放军铁道兵(铁道兵)在解放战争、抗美援朝战争和新中国社会主义建设中形成的精神风貌及意志品质的集中体现。虽然铁道兵作为一个兵种已经成为历史,但铁道兵精神作为中华民族的宝贵精神财富,在育人价值方面仍然具有积极的作用。研究铁道兵精神的思想政治教育功能即政治保障功能、精神激励功能及道德规范功能,对于传承红色文化、增强思想政治教育的感染力和实效性具有重要意义。

The spirit of the railway corps is a concentrated expression of the spiritual outlook and the quality of the will formed by the People’s Liberation Army Railway Corps(the railway corps)in the liberation war,the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea,and the construction of new China’s socialism.Although the railway corps has become a history as a unit of arms,the spirit of the railway soldiers,as a valuable spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation,still plays a positive role in educating people.It is of great significance to investigate the ideological and political education function of railway spirit,that is,the political guarantee function,the spiritual incentive function and the moral norm function,for inheriting the red culture and enhancing the appeal and effectiveness of ideological and political education.
