驴源马腺疫链球菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Donkey-derived Streptococcus equinus

目前,关于马腺疫链球菌感染驴的报道较少。本研究从山东省某驴场的2只病驴颌下淋巴结肿胀化脓液中分离出2株病原菌,经染色镜检、生化试验和16S rDNA的PCR测序鉴定,确定该病原菌为马链球菌马亚种。采用纸片扩散K-B法,对分离菌进行药敏试验,发现其对恩诺沙星、氯霉素、环丙沙星、头孢噻肟和美罗培南高度敏感。本研究为驴感染马链球菌马亚种的诊断与防治提供了参考。

Few cases of donkeys infected with Streptococcus equinus were reported in recent years.Two strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the purulent fluid of submaxillary lymph nodes from two infected donkeys in a farm in Shandong Province,and identified as Streptococcus equi subsp.equi by staining microscopy,biochemical test and PCR sequencing of 16SrDNA.Then drug sensitivity were carried out by paper diffusion K-B method,and results showed the isolates were highly sensitive to enrofloxacin,chloramphenicol,ciprofloxacin,cefotaxime and meropenem.Therefore,some references were provided for diagnosis and control of Streptococcus equi subsp.equi.
