摘要
本文针对挖掘装载机工作装置结构设计的问题,结合了传统的"两头忙",提出了一种新型组合式挖掘装载机工作装置的设计方案。这种组合式挖掘装载机工作装置可实现挖掘和装载模式的快速转换,具备灵活快速的适应不同工作要求的特点,能满足用户多用途作业需要。针对设计参数要求进行整体和具体结构上的把握,进行了挖掘模式工作装置的受力分析与校核,同时,利用ProE建模软件,绘制出挖掘模式工作装置的机械结构模型,完成了从整体到细节结构的合理布置及设计。组合式挖掘装载机工作装置达到了设计的要求,装载模式的工作装置的设计、校核和计算机仿真,有另外文章详细叙述。能够实现挖掘模式与装载模式的快速转换。
In this paper,aiming at the problem of excavating loader working device structure design,combined with the traditional two busy,puts forward a new design scheme of loader working device combined mining.This kind of combined mining loader working device can realize fast conversion,excavation and loading mode with flexible to meet the requirements of different working characteristics of fast,can meet the needs of the user utility operation.According to requirements for the overall design parameters and the assurance of concrete structure,the linkage and quick change lock and hydraulic system design for each part of the calculation,and conducted for the designed device for work in mining and loading of two different work mode of stress analysis and checking,at the same time,using ProE modeling software,to map the work device of the mechanical structure model,completed the structure reasonable decorate and design from the whole to the detail.The designed new type of combined mining loader working device has reached the requirement of design,can achieve a rapid transformation in the mining mode and loading mode.
