本文所设计的一种水产养殖渔排,包括浮筒、走道板及其他附件。浮筒和走道板的材质均为塑胶;浮筒呈圆柱状,浮筒的侧壁设有支撑平台,支撑平台平行于浮筒的轴线,支撑平台的中部沿浮筒的母线方向设有条形凸台;走道板呈长条状,走道板的截面为凹形,走道板的宽度小于或等于支撑平台的宽度,走道板上沿浮筒的母线方向开设的凹槽与所述浮筒的条形凸台适配,走道板凹槽的开槽深度需小于条形凸台的高度,走道板上横板表面设有共挤防滑层,防滑层表面分布有数量不等的防滑凸点,预埋U型钢板。本设计结构巧妙,便于装卸,提高了渔排走道板结构的牢固性、承载能力和抗冲击性。

This paper designs a kind of aquaculture fish row,including buoy,walkway board and other accessories.The material of the pontoon and the walkway board is plastic;the pontoon is cylindrical,the side wall of the pontoon is provided with a support platform,the support platform is parallel to the axis of the pontoon,the middle part of the support platform is provided with a strip boss along the bus direction of the pontoon;the walkway board is long strip,the section surface of the walkway board is concave,the width of the walkway board is less than or equal to the width of the support platform,and the walkway board is along the pontoon.The groove opened in the direction of the bus bar matches with the strip boss of the pontoon,the groove depth of the aisle plate groove shall be less than the height of the strip boss,the surface of the cross plate on the aisle plate is provided with a coextrusion anti-skid layer,the anti-skid convex points of different quantity are distributed on the surface of the anti-skid layer,and U-shaped steel plate is embedded.The structure of the design is ingenious and convenient for loading and unloading,which improves the firmness,bearing capacity and impact resistance of the structure of the walkway plate of the fishing platoon.
