摘要
为了方便储存和运输,新鲜银耳采摘后,一般要进行烘干处理,而烘干时的工艺要求是所有在烘干室中的银耳耳片面朝向一致。目前都是采用人工方式将银耳翻转成一致方向,劳动强度大,生产效率低,迫切需要银耳自动翻面装置。本文提出了三种不同的银耳自动翻面装置,并进行对比试验和数据分析,以期找到符合当前银耳加工生产工艺要求的最佳自动翻面装置,提高银耳工厂化生产中的机械化水平。
In order to facilitate storage and transportation,fresh Tremella fuciformis is usually dried after picking,and the drying process requires that all Tremella fuciformis in the drying room face the same direction.At present,Tremella fuciformis is turned into a uniform direction by manual method,which has high labor intensity and low production efficiency.It is urgent to use automatic Tremella fuciformis turning device.This paper presents three different automatic turning devices for Tremella fuciformis,and carries out comparative tests and data analysis,in order to find the best automatic turning device that meets the current requirements of Tremella fuciformis processing technology and improve the level of mechanization in the industrial production of Tremella fuciformis.
