摘要
以HNQ200型金属液压打包机床身为研究对象,使用SolidWorks2008软件对其进行实体建模,使用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行静力和模态分析,根据分析结果以床身壁厚和筋板厚度作为设计变量,床身最大变形量为状态变量,床身质量作为目标函数,建立优化模型进行优化。在保证设计要求的前提下,减少了床身质量,达到了优化的目的。
Taking the HNQ200 metal hydraulic packing machine as the research object,the solid modeling has been performed by use of SolidWorks2008 software,while the static and modal analysis have been performed by use of ANSYS Workbench software.According to the analysis results,by taking the body wall thickness and rib thickness as the design variable,the maximum deformation of the body as the state variable,and the mass of the body as the objective function,the optimized model has been established for optimization.Under the premise of ensuring the design requirements,the quality of the body has been reduced,and the purpose of optimization has been achieved.
