机械压力机滚滑复合导轨结构设计研究

摘要 如今制造业快速发展和市场激烈竞争需要,机械压力机实现高速、高效、精密、智能自动化线是关键技术发展趋势,这样对机械压力机机身、滑块之间相对运动提出更高要求。本文所阐述的滚滑复合导轨结构解决了机械压力机机身、滑块体导轨快速运动时发热膨胀问题,避免导轨磨损或损伤,提高了机械压力机的运动速度、精度和加工产品质量。同时,解决了机械压力机冲压时产生的径向冲击载荷对滚动导轨破坏问题。 Nowadays,the rapid development of manufacturing industry and the fierce competition in the market demand that mechanical presses realize high-speed,high-efficiency,precision and intelligent automation lines is the key technology development trend,which puts forward higher requirements for the relative movement between the machine body and slide block of mechanical presses.The rolling and sliding composite guide rail structure described in this paper solves the problem of heating and expansion when the guide rail of the machine body and slide block body moves rapidly,avoids the abrasion or damage of the guide rail,and improves the movement speed,precision and quality of processed products of the mechanical press.At the same time,the problem that the rolling guide rail is damaged by the radial impact load generated during the stamping of the mechanical press is solved.
