摘要
机械压力机曲轴、轴瓦相对运动产生滑动摩擦,高速旋转会带来轴瓦发热,持续温升导致轴瓦间隙减小,长此以往会加速轴瓦磨损或损伤,缩短了轴瓦的使用寿命,因此机械压力机曲轴、轴瓦温升已经成为当前制约了高速、精密机械压力机及智能自动化生产线机械性能的发展迫切亟待解决关键问题。本文所采用的曲轴、轴瓦温升自动控制技术有效的解决了轴瓦发热问题,实现了机械压力机向高速、高效、精密、绿色环保、智能自动化线方向发展核心关键技术问题的有效突破。
The relative movement of crankshaft and bearing bush of mechanical press produces sliding friction.High-speed rotation will bring bearing bush heating,and continuous temperature rise will lead to reduction of bearing bush clearance.In the long run,it will accelerate bearing bush wear or damage and shorten the service life of bearing bush.Therefore,the temperature rise of crankshaft and bearing bush of mechanical press has become a key problem that currently restricts the development of mechanical performance of high-speed,precision mechanical presses and intelligent automatic production lines and urgently needs to be solved.The temperature rise automatic control technology of crankshaft and bearing bush adopted in this paper has effectively solved the problem of bearing bush heating and achieved an effective breakthrough in the development of mechanical presses to high speed,high efficiency,precision,environmental protection and intelligent automation lines.
