基于无线传感的机械冲压机振动监测分析 被引量:2

摘要 机械冲压机是汽车车身覆盖件和主要内部构件的生产设备,设备结构复杂,故障部位不易排查,在没有定位故障的情况下进行故障维修造成的停机损失、维修费用和时间也会大幅提升。因此监测冲压机的运行状态,并在冲压机发生故障时进行精确的故障诊断显得尤为重要。本文介绍了一种基于无线传感的机械冲压机振动监测方案,无线振动监测方案相较于传统有线监测方式更加灵活便捷,通过该监测方案达到了良好的冲压机状态监测效果。 The mechanical press is the production equipment of the automobile body cover and the main internal components.The equipment structure is complex and the faulty parts are difficult to check.The downtime loss,maintenance cost and time caused by the fault repair without the positioning fault have been greatly raised.It is therefore important to monitor the operating state of the press and to perform accurate fault diagnosis in the event of a press failure.A vibration monitoring scheme of the mechanical press based on wireless sensor has been introduced in the text.The wireless vibration monitoring scheme is more flexible and convenient than the traditional wired monitoring method.Through this monitoring scheme,a good stamping machine condition monitoring effect has been achieved.
