摘要 本文阐述了辊压成形技术的原理及工艺,辊压成形工艺具有提高材料利用率,减轻车身重量,提高整车安全保障性能等优点。基于对辊压成形的深入研究,在汽车门槛上使用了辊压成形技术,通过对汽车门槛辊压成形工艺研究及应用,掌握了辊压成形工艺约束因素。且通过试制装车并验证成功,该应用也为我司后续车型门槛辊压件的通用化开发应用具备指导意义。 The principle and process of roll forming technology have been described in the text.The roll forming process has the advantages of improving material utilization,reducing body weight,and improving vehicle safety performance.Based on the in-depth research on roll forming process,the roll forming technology has been adopted on the automotive threshold.Through the research and application of the roll forming process of the automotive threshold,the constraints of the roll forming process have been mastered.Through trial loading and successful verification,this application also has guiding significance for the universal development and application of roll forming parts for the follow-up models threshold of our company.
