摘要
企业使命的确立和践行在微创新过程中起着非常重要的作用,它指引着企业微创新的方向,是微创新不走偏的保障和持续创新的力量源泉,也是微创新成效的检验标准。文章在阐述微创新和企业使命相关概念的基础上,重点分析企业使命对微创新活动的影响程度与作用机制,并以阿里巴巴作为案例研究揭示企业使命在其微创新过程中的重要作用。
The establishment and the practice of enterprises mission play a very important role in the course of micro-innovation, which guides the direction of the enterprise micro-innovation, guarantees the allocation of the micro-innovation and the power resources of the sustainable innovation and serves as the test criterion for the innovation performance. The paper selectively analyzes the impact of the enterprise’s mission and its functional mechanism on the micro-innovation activities based on the elaboration of the concepts related with micro-innovation and the enterprises mission. Then, Alibaba is taken as a case to study, showing how enterprise mission promotes the micro-innovation activities.
