摘要
高校教师绩效考核是推动高校教师个体全面发展的重要手段,然而现在的考评制度却对教师的个体全面发展产生了一些消极影响。文章从高校教师个体全面发展的价值、内涵、外延和目标出发,分析高校教师个体全面发展价值评估的难点,阐明高校教师个体全面发展与教师绩效考核之间的关系,深入分析高校教师绩效考核中存在的问题,确立以教师个体全面发展为本的思想,进一步明确高校教师发展的目标,从转变绩效考核的指导思想出发,试图构建基于教师个体全面发展的高校教师绩效考核机制。
The performance evaluation of university teachers is an important means to promote the individual integrated development of university teachers. However, the current evaluation system has some negative impact on it. From the perspective of the value, connotation, extension and goal of the individual integrated development of university teachers, this paper analyzes the difficulties in the evaluation of university teachers’ individual integrated development, clarifies the relationship between the individual integrated development of university teachers and the performance evaluation of university teachers, analyzes the problems existing in the performance evaluation of university teachers, and establishes the concept of the teachers individual integrated development. Then it clarifies the goal of university teachers’ development and tries to construct a performance evaluation mechanism for the individual integrated development of university teachers based on the changing of the guiding ideology of the performance evaluation.
