摘要
目前梯次利用退役电池的储能系统仍然存在退役电池参数一致性要求高、能量均衡系统复杂的问题,无法实现真正意义上的梯次利用。针对该问题,本文提出一种新型的储能系统功率变换架构,降低对储能系统电池模组一致性的要求,简化电池管理系统要求,并介绍了退役电池梯次利用的储能系统拓扑结构、硬件电路以及充放电控制策略等,实现配电网中退役动力电池的梯次利用、对电网负荷进行峰谷调节并作为配电网的应急和后备电源。
At present,bacause there are the problems about high demand on parameters consistency of retired batteries and complexity of energy balance system,retired batteries don't realize the real echelon utilization in the energy storage system.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a new power conversion architecture of energy storage system,which can reduces the requirement on battery module consistency of energy storage system,simplifies the requirement of Battery management system,and introduces the topological structure,the hardware circuit and the charge&discharge control strategy of energy storage system for echelon utilization of retired battery.The method realizes the echelon utilization of retired power battery in distribution network,and the effects of adjusting peak valley for grid load and serving for emergency and backup power of distribution network.
