考虑调速器的电网PSS2B参数优化研究

摘要 考虑了调速器对PSS2B的影响。首先,本文分析了电网目前采用的自并励励磁系统、调速器和PSS2B控制器,根据电网实际情况对其三者提出了符合电网实际情况的简化和建模,并建立了符合电网实际情况的多机线性化模型和状态矩阵。根据电网部分区域机组多种运行方式,构建了多机电振荡模式下的目标函数,进行PSS2B参数优化。其次,本文提出了一种自适应迁移操作和采用DE算法变异操作改进了标准BBO算法,得到本文改进后的BBO算法(BBO-DE)。自适应迁移操作能避免直接进行迁移操作出现的不足,保证优秀个体可以更大程度的信息交流。DE算法变异操作保证了差分变异基的质量和物种的多样性,有效增加了算法的变异能力。最后,在PSASP中搭建了电网部分区域电网模型,在3种不同运行工况下,通过仿真验证了本文优化出的PSS2B参数可有效提高系统抑制低频振荡的能力,能适应于系统不同的运行工况,拥有良好的鲁棒性。 The turbine group accounts for the majority in Power Grid,and the mechanical power of the governor is relatively easy to change,this paper considers the in uence of the governor on PSS2B.Firstly,this paper analyzes the self-shunt excitation system and PSS2B controller currently used in Power Grid.According to the actual situation of Power Grid,a reasonable simpli ed model and linearization are proposed and a multi machine linear model and state matrix in accordance with the actual situation of Power Grid are established.According to the multiple operating modes of the unit in Power Grid,the objective function in the multi-electromechanical oscillation mode is constructed to optimize the PSS2B parameters.Secondly,this paper proposed an adaptive migration operation and the use of DE algorithm mutation operation to improve the standard BBO algorithm and obtained the improved BBO algorithm(BBO-DE).The adaptive migration operation can avoid the insu ciency of the direct migration operation and ensure that excellent individuals can exchange information with a greater degree.The mutation operation of DE algorithm guarantees the quality of di erential basis and species diversity,which e ectively increases the mutation ability of the algorithm.Finally,a partial regional power grid model of Power Grid was built in PSASP.Under three different operating conditions,the simulation veri ed that the PSS2B parameters optimized in this paper can e ectively improve the system’s ability to suppress low frequency oscillation.It also can adapt to di erent system operations and have good robustness.
