摘要
卓越小学全科教师具有较强的教育教学能力和自我发展潜力,具有较高的综合学科素养。培养卓越小学全科教师是师范教育改革的目标和任务之一,师范院校构建并实施名师引领、导师牵手、同伴互助、自我成长的"四位一体"培养模式,能有效促进培养目标的实现"。四位一体"的培养模式突出体现以学生为本的教育理念,通过融合各种手段,重点培养学生的自我发展能力,在实践中运用并推广,对培养卓越小学全科教师具有重要价值。
Excellent primary school teachers have strong educational and teaching ability and self-development potential,and have a high comprehensive discipline.Training excellent primary school teachers is one of the goals and tasks of teacher education reform.Teachers colleges build and implement the"famous teacher guidance,mentoring,peers mutual help,self-growth"training mode,which can effectively promote the realization of training objectives.The"four in one"training mode highlights the studentcentered educational concept.By integrating various means,it focuses on cultivating students’self-development ability,and applying and promoting it in practice is of great value to the development of excellent primary school teachers.
