桥式同心验封测调一体化技术研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对长庆油田定向井小水量开发特征,研发了桥式同心分层注水工艺技术,随后提出桥式同心验封测调一体化技术,将配水器和可调式水嘴同心一体化集成设计,突破原有测调、验封分步传统工艺,研发了二代桥式同心分注关键工具,形成了验封测调一体化工艺,具有一趟作业完成全井验封、测调作业的优势,大幅提升测试调配效率。2017年陇东南梁油田试验区现场应用65口井,2018年长庆油田全面推广应用,测调成功率95%,平均单井验封、测调时间4~6 h。桥式同心验封测调一体化技术的提出,大幅提升了分注井测调效率,单井作业时间节约30%以上,单井作业费用降低20%,试验区水驱储量动用程度提高了9.6%。该技术的成功应用丰富和完善了分层注水工艺技术体系,助推了精细分层注水工艺技术的体质增效,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 The bridge concentric and separated water injection technology developed can greatly improve the success rate and efficiency of testing and adjustment in the separate injection wells for developing the directional wells in Changqing oilfield.It integrates water distributors with adjustable water nozzles on the original separate process of seal test and adjustment.The second generation integrating seal test with adjustment can finish whole well seal check,test and adjustment in one run,and greatly improve operation efficiency.In 2017,the technology was applied in 65 wells in the Nanliang oilfield,the Longdong area,and in 2018,it was applied in the whole Changqing oilfield,achieving a success rate of 95%,and the average operation period only 4-6 h per well.This tool can greatly enhance the efficiency of testing and adjusting separate injection wells,by reducing operation time by more than 30%and operation cost by 20%per well,and increasing the waterflooded producing reserves by 9.6%in the pilot area.This technology enriches and improves separate water injection technology system,and promotes the efficiency of fine separate water injection technology.It has a broad application in the future.
