摘要
以磷建筑石膏为原料,研究磷渣粉对磷建筑石膏力学性能和微观性能的影响。采用抗折抗压试验机研究力学性能,SEM电镜研究微观形貌。结果表明:FDN减水剂添加量为1.5‰,改性磷渣粉掺量在10%~15%范围内时,磷石膏基制品抗折强度均达到7.0 MPa以上,抗压强度达到15.0 MPa以上,约为空白样的2倍,效果显著。通过SEM电镜分析磷建筑石膏水化前后微观形貌,结果表明,添加磷渣改性材料后,磷石膏水化晶体形貌从片状或条状改变成短柱状或中空管状结构,大大提高了磷石膏基材料性能指标,为磷石膏生产石膏砂浆提供了理论和技术支持。
The effect of phosphorus slag powder on the mechanical property and micro-property of raw material phosphogypsum was studied.The mechanical property was studied by bending and compression testing machine.The micro morphology was studied by SEM.Results showed that addition of FDN were 1.5‰.The additions of modified phosphorus slag powder was at 10%~15%.The flexural strength and compressive strength of phosphogypsum-based products were above 7.0 MPa and15.0 MPa respectively.It was about 2 times than the blank sample.The micro morphologies of phosphogypsums before and after hydration were analyzed by SEM.Results showed that the micro morphology of phosphogypsum-based mortar grew from flake or strip to short column or hollow tubular structure after adding phosphogypsum modified material,which greatly improved the performance index of phosphogypsum-based mortar material and provided theoretical and technical support for the production of gypsum mortar with phosphogypsum.
