摘要
合理的薪酬水平是增强教师职业吸引力,提升教育质量的重要因素。OECD国家在评价教师薪酬水平时,不是单纯地考察工资的绝对水平,而是从多个角度综合考察教师工资与学历、经济发展、工作量、从教时间等因素的匹配程度。借鉴OECD国家的经验,我国应保障教师工资与当地经济发展水平同步增长;以学历相当行业工资为参照,提升教师职业竞争力;关注隐性工作量,增加教师额外工资;基于从教时间,完善教师工资稳定增长机制。
Reasonable teacher salary level is an important factor to enhance teachers’professional attraction and improve the quality of education.When evaluating the salary level of teachers,OECD countries do not simply examine the absolute level of salary,but comprehensively examine the matching degree between teachers’salary level and economic development,workload,education,and teaching time from multiple perspectives.The experience of OECD countries has four implications for China:to guarantee the simultaneous growth of teachers’salaries and local economic development;to improve the professional competitiveness of teachers with reference to the salaries of similar degree holders in other industries;to pay attention to hidden workload and increase teachers’extra salary;to improve the stable growth mechanism of teachers’salaries based on the teaching time.
