课程与教学论研究者的实践使命

The Practical Mission of Researchers’ Curriculum and Teaching Theory

摘要 课程与教学论研究者可做纯理论专家、结合实践的理论专家、用理论指导实践的专家和把理论与实践融为一体的专家。目前更需要实践型专家,这是由当代教育改革形势、课程与教学论学科性质与研究现状决定的。做实践型专家要从理论逻辑走向实践逻辑、从学术语言转换到工作语言,适应高校与中小学文化差异、从依赖学术能力转化到依靠人格魅力、做理想与现实的结合者。实现课程与教学论研究者的实践使命,还需要人才培养、学术评价和人事管理的机制促成。 The researchers of curriculum and teaching theory can belong to one of the following four kinds of experts:pure theoretical experts,theoretical experts combining practice,experts who use theories to guide practice and experts who integrate theories with practice.However,practical experts are in great need at present,which is determined by the situation of contemporary educational reform,the subject character of curriculum and teaching theory and the research status.The practical experts must adapt to the following changes:moving from theoretical logic to practical logic;moving from the academic languages to the working languages;adapting to the cultural differences between universities and primary and secondary schools;transforming from the academic charm to personal charm and combining ideals with reality.To realize the practical mission of the researchers of curriculum and teaching theory,it is also necessary to promote the mechanism of talent training,academic evaluation and personnel management.
