摘要
为了培育与提升小学生提问能力,需要通过行动学习法进行教学研讨,明确问题及原因,进而从课堂教学、课后研修以及教学管理三个层面提出并实施具体的教学策略。课堂教学层面通过"以问定教,优问促学"引导学生聚焦问题,深入探究;课后研修层面,建立学习小组定期集中研讨,强调学生优先,难点优先;教学管理层面,改变工具支架,建立多元化的教学评价体系。
In order to cultivate and improve pupils’questioning ability,it is necessary to conduct teaching research through action learning method to clarify the problems and their causes,and propose and implement specific teaching strategies from three levels:classroom teaching,after-school research and teaching management.In classroom teaching,pupils are instructed to focus on questions and further their study based on the rule of"asking determines teaching,and good questioning promotes learning".From the after-school research,learning groups should be formed for regular seminars,which focus on prioritizing student needs and their learning difficulties.From teaching management,the supporting tools requires changing and a diversified teaching evaluation system needs to be constructed.
