国内外知识管理系统研究态势(2009-2018)

Research Situation of Knowledge Management System at Home and Abroad (2009-2018)

文章基于文献计量学和可视化方法,从时间分布、研究领域和研究热点等方面对知识管理系统研究进行对比。结果表明:知识管理系统研究已进入相对成熟阶段;国外研究热点主要有知识管理系统模型、知识管理系统信息技术、知识管理系统应用和知识管理系统评价,国内研究集中在基于信息技术的知识管理系统研究、基于供应链的知识管理模型构建和知识管理系统的应用,研究热点既有共性又有特性;国外研究倾向于实证研究,国内研究多是定性分析。文章提出国内知识管理系统研究的未来方向。

Based on the methods of bibliometrics and visualization,the paper compares knowledge management system research from the perspective of the growth trend,research fields and research hotspots.The results show that the research on knowledge management system has been in a relatively mature stage.Overseas research hotspots mainly include knowledge management system models,knowledge management system information technologies,application of knowledge management system and knowledge management system evaluation,while domestic research focuses on information technology-based knowledge management system research,supply chain-based knowledge management model construction and application of knowledge management system,which infers that research hotspots at home and abroad have both commonalities and characteristics.Overseas research prefers empirical research,while domestic research is mostly qualitative analysis.Some recommendations for the direction of domestic knowledge management system research have been put forward at last.
