摘要
为建立尾菜废弃物处理-青贮饲料加工为一体的循环农业综合体,本研究选取白菜尾菜为青贮原料,应用多种适合于高水分青贮的添加剂,通过压滤手段降低尾菜水分含量进行青贮试验。结果表明:白菜尾菜青贮后感官品质优异,试验B组青贮后品质最优,各指标符合青贮饲料标准,营养价值高,能作为草食家畜的青贮饲料,但实际应用价值还需在后续饲喂试验中进一步验证。
In order to establish a recycling agricultural complex with vegetables waste treatment and silage processing, in this study selects Chinese cabbage waste were selected as the raw material by applying suitable additives for high moisture silage, and using means of pressure filtration to reduce the moisture content of the vegetables waste. The results showed that sensory quality of Chinese cabbage is excellentafter silage,group B has the best silage quality, every index meets the silage standard and has high nutritional value, and can be used as silage for grass-fed livestock, but the actual application value needs to be further verified in subsequent feeding experiments.
