摘要 地下原油在开采过程中常伴生有硫化氢,硫化氢对海上油田油水处理、管道设备、人员健康都会产生严重影响,在海管中加入除硫剂可以有效地吸收除去硫化氢。本文通过对三口不同产液量的生产井进行除硫剂SCAV-1的加注实验,研究了不同有效浓度的除硫剂SCAV-1在高含硫化氢海上油田对硫化氢的吸收效率,以及不同含水率、气油比对加注浓度的影响。同时还研究了除硫剂和现场破乳剂、清水剂配伍性。结果表明:除硫剂SCAV-1能够同时大幅度脱除原油中油、气、水三相中的H2S,吸收率最高可达到99%。单井产液量越大(含水率越接近整体水平)、气液比越相当于油田整体水平,达到相同H2S吸收率所需的除硫剂加注浓度越小。SCAV-1对硫化氢的吸收具有高效性,其可以有效地降低对环境造成的污染,在海上油田应用前景广阔。 Underground crude oil is often accompanied by hydrogen sulfide during the mining process. Hydrogen sulfide will have a serious impact on oil and water treatment, pipeline equipment and personnel health in offshore oilfields. The addition of hydrogen sulfide scavenger to the pipe can effectively absorb and remove hydrogen sulfide. In this paper,through the filling test of sulfur removal agent SCAV-1 in three production wells with different liquid production volumes, the absorption efficiency of hydrogen sulfide in high-hydrogen sulfide-containing offshore oilfields with different effective concentrations of sulfur removal agent SCAV-1 was studied, and also the effect of different water content and gas-oil ratio on the concentration of the filling. At the same time, the compatibility of hydrogen sulfide scavenger and on-site demulsifier and water-clearing agent was also studied. The application results showed that the hydrogen sulfide scavenger SCAV-1 can absorb H2 S in the oil, gas and water three-phase of crude oil at the same time, the absorption rate can reach 99 %. The larger the liquid production volume of a single well(the water content is closer to the overall level), the more the gas-liquid ratio is equivalent to the overall level of the oilfield,and the smaller the concentration of the sulfur removal agent required to achieve the same H2 S absorption rate. SCAV-1 is highly efficient in the absorption of hydrogen sulfide, which can effectively reduce the pollution caused by the environment, and has broad application prospects in offshore oilfields.
