摘要
本工作以聚砜、乙醇、二甲基乙酰胺为原料,通过非诱导相分离的方法制备高性能的聚酰胺反渗透膜基膜。主要通过改变膜厚,调整聚砜、乙醇含量等条件的方法研究其对膜通量、截留、亲疏水性的影响,在一系列的实验后,确定了制备高性能基膜的最优参数。
Polysulfone,ehanol and dimethyl acetamide was used to prepare supported membrane of reverse osmosis with high water flux and rejection by phase separation technique.To study their influences on water flux, rejection and hydrophilicity of the membrane, we change the thickness of the membrane and adjust the concentration of polysulfone and ehanol.After a series of experiments, the optimal parameter was determined.
