辣木籽水提液的提取工艺优化与抗氧化活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH)3种自由基的清除能力,来探讨辣木籽水提液的抗氧化作用.采用单因素实验优化辣木籽水提取工艺条件.实验结果表明,辣木籽水提液具有极好的清除自由基能力,表现出优异的抗氧化作用,可以作为天然抗衰组分直接应用于护肤品中.3种自由基清除能力的最佳提取工艺条件存在明显差异,在料液比(w∶w)为1∶5、提取温度为40℃、提取时间为4 h的条件下水提液对羟基自由基的清除能力最强.在料液比(w∶w)为1∶5、提取温度为30℃、提取时间为1 h时清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的能力最强. The scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical and diphenyl picryl acyl radical(DPPH)was used to investigate the anti-aging effect of the water extract of Moringa oleifera seed.Single factor experiment was used to screen and optimize the extraction conditions of the water extract of Moringa oleifera seed.The results showed that the water extract of Moringa oleifera had excellent free radical scavenging ability,which indicated that it had excellent antioxidant activity.It could be directly applied to skin care products as a natural anti-aging component.The optimum extraction conditions for scavenging ability of the three free radicals were obviously different,and the water extract of Moringa oleifera seed has the best scavenging ability to hydroxyl radicals under the conditions of material-liquid ratio 1∶5,extraction temperature 40℃and extraction time 4 h.DPPH radical and superoxide anion radical scavenging ability is the best at the conditions of material-liquid ratio 1∶5,extraction temperature 30℃and extraction time 1 h.
