维持性血液透析患者风险感知现状及影响因素研究

Study on the Risk Perception Status and Influencing Factors of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的了解维持性血液透析患者风险感知现状及影响因素。方法于2018年10—12月采用便利抽样法,选取西安市三甲医院200例维持性血液透析患者,采用一般资料问卷、慢性病病人风险感知问卷、心理弹性量表和社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。结果200例维持性血液透析患者风险感知得分为(47.15±7.21)分,处于较高水平;风险感知及各维度与心理弹性和社会支持均呈负相关(P均<0.05);年龄、性别、家庭收入、心理弹性和社会支持是维持性血液透析患者风险感知的主要影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者风险感知处于较高水平,年龄、性别、家庭收入、心理弹性和社会支持是维持性血液透析患者风险感知的主要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the risk perception of maintenance hemodialysis patients and its influencing factors.Methods From October to December 2018,we selected 200 maintenance hemodialysis patients from Xi’an top three hospitals to carry out a questionnaire survey using chronic patients’risk perception questionnaire,resilience scale of Chinese version and Social Support Scale.Results In this research,the risk perception of maintenance hemodialysis patients was(47.15±7.21)points,indicating that the risk perception of maintenance hemodialysis patients was at a high level.Resilience and social support in maintenance hemodialysis patients were negatively correlated with risk perception.All dimensions were negatively correlated with each other(P all<0.05).Age,gender,family income,resilience and social support were main factors influencing risk perception of maintenance hemodialysis patients(P all<0.05).Conclusion The risk perception of maintenance hemodialysis patients was at a high level.Age,gender,family income,resilience and social support are the main factors influencing risk perception of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
