摘要
为了引入更适合村镇砌体房屋的减震技术,建立某五层村镇砌体房屋的有限元模型。分别在基础隔震层设置工程塑料板夹层橡胶隔震支座和钢筋-沥青隔震砖墩,对比模型的各层绝对加速度、各层层间位移、基底剪力以及耗能能力,分析两种隔震材料的特点,提出新型组合隔震方案。针对不同的隔震组合形式,分析结构的地震响应。结果表明:以不同的控制目标分析,最优的组合隔震方案不同。新形式的组合隔震方案具有隔震性能良好和造价低廉等优势,适用于在广大农村建筑中推广采用。
In order to introduce shock absorption technology that was more suitable for masonry houses in villages and towns,a finite element model that was made of a five-story masonry house in villages and towns was established.The rubber-isolation bearings that was made of engineering plastic plate sandwich and the isolated brick piers that consisted of steel and asphalt were installed respectively in the base isolation layer.By comparing the model’s absolute acceleration of each layer,the displacement between the layers,the base shear force and the energy dissipation capacity,a new type of combined seismic isolation scheme was proposed by means of the analysis of the characteristics of the two seismic isolation materials.According to different combinations of the seismic isolation forms,the seismic response of the structure was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal combined seismic isolation scheme with different control objectives.The combined seismic isolation scheme of the new form which had the advantages of good isolation performance and low cost,was suitable for popularization and adoption in rural areas.
